2 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
1 Stick Melted Butter
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
2 Pie Crusts (regular 9” pie crust)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first five ingredients and pour equal amounts into pie shells & bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 30 minutes or so).
- Cool until set – about 30 minutes. Pies can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. If refrigerated allow pies to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
